Exchange & Refund Policy
Returns / Refunds:
- Please check your items while the courier is present.
- If you don’t like the item, you may request a refund immediately at delivery.
- If the courier leaves, the refund process will take up to 7 working days after the item is returned and inspected.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges follow the same inspection rule at delivery.
- Delivery fees for exchanges are paid by the customer.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Important:
- Used, damaged, or customized items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
