Exchange & Refund Policy

Returns / Refunds:

  • Please check your items while the courier is present.
  • If you don’t like the item, you may request a refund immediately at delivery.
  • If the courier leaves, the refund process will take up to 7 working days after the item is returned and inspected.


Exchanges:

  • Exchanges follow the same inspection rule at delivery.
  • Delivery fees for exchanges are paid by the customer.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Important:

  • Used, damaged, or customized items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
